What We Do
The International Soundex Reunion Registry
is a non-profit, tax exempt, humanitarian
agency founded in 1975 by Emma May Vilardi. ISRR is
a mutual consent reunion registry for
persons desiring a reunion with next-of-kin.
This agency serves the needs of family members who have been separated
from each other by adoption, divorce, foster
care institutional care, abandonment, etc.
ISRR is not affiliated with any other
registry, organization or
website.

Remember that you are not alone. There are

Our Offices and Staff
ISRR is primarily staffed by volunteers and is
supported entirely by donations. Registration remains free because
of the generosity of those we serve. All official ISRR mailing addresses are those listed on this website.
Our telephones are
answered by our volunteer staff from many locations across North
America.
Though the office building in northern Nevada officially closed
in 2007, there are still trustees and volunteers handling corporate
business and utilizing P.O. Box 2312, Carson City, NV 89702. Mail
arriving there will continue to be received and sent on to the
Registrar. Wonderful advancements in technology allows our staff to
function from various locations connected by our Virtual Office via
the internet and other resources. ISRR headquarters is in Las Vegas,
Nevada and our match specialist is in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Any
